In a collaboration with the University of Tübingen, we recently published the following article in Theranostics: “In-depth cross-validation of human and mouse CD4-specific minibodies for noninvasive PET imaging of CD4+ cells and response prediction to cancer immunotherapy”.
In this article, we show how noninvasive in vivo imaging CD4+ T cells, and their temporal distribution patterns, in the tumor microenvironment and secondary lymphoid organs can be predictive of tumor sensitivity to cancer immunotherapy.
