We engineer antibody-based imaging agents to help pharmaceutical companies accelerate their drug discovery and clinical development of imaging & therapeutic antibodies.  ImaginAb’s imaging agents can help achieve the promise of personalized medicine by answering important questions about whether or not the target in question is present in each individual patient and how a patient is responding to treatment.

Pre-Clinical In Vivo Validation

We are able to quickly generate a companion imaging agent for pre-clinical PET imaging studies to show targeting and kinetics of a therapeutic antibody.  This will expedite results for critical experiment and will help facilitate go/no go decisions about drug candidates.

Translation to Clinical Studies

Since we seek to assist our clients in receiving FDA marketing clearance of their therapeutic antibodies, we offer the ability for quick scale-up to GMP production and CMC regulatory documentation for transition to eIND or IND.
